I haven't step outta the hse for 2 full days. I'm gonna do so today. I haven't had enuff of the hse. But I need to take a breather, need to squeeze myself into the crowd, maybe I'll have a clearer picture of everything. As much dvd, tv, youtube as I had for the past 2 days, I still am very awake. Suddenly, I feel like dropping everything and go back to work. I love the feeling work gives me. It numbs me, keeps me busy, gives me money & allows me to have a sense of achievement. That's probably the best thing that could ever happen to me.
Working in the shitty place now.. I wanna change job again.. Haiz.. I'm just nt cut out for jobs tt has gotten smth to do w sales or cust svc... My tolerance level is only 3 months, maximum!! I'm looking for sm admin job, smth I would prefer over everything else! Hopefully sm gd-hearted company r looking for part timers so I can get outta here!!
Actually, I wanted to update abt the events over the end of 2006 but haven had the time. Today is just the right time! Yeah! Alright, let's start w Christmas Eve!
++Christmas Eve++ Attended a malay fren's wedding @ Commonwealth area. She was so beautiful tt day! Look so happy too! Am happy tt she finally can settle down with her hubby! Congrats Lyea!!! This is the 1 & only malay wedding that I've been to which is very westernized. Nice pink & white decor and the stage was beautiful decorated in a westernized design. Both the bride & groom weren't wearing traditional wedding costumes, instead, they were wearing gown & suit! Cool!! They serve buffet instead of normal dishes but I din try the food except some desserts. Cuz I wanna save my stomach for dinner!! Hehe.. Took some photos with the bride & groom b4 we left @ abt 6pm to Fort Canning!!
I had a wonderful dinner with my darling @ 'The Legends' which is @ Fort Canning. Actually we weren't tt sure whr was the exact location and we just walk over from SMU. We thot it was kinda near but when I saw the flight of staircase that we had to climb b4 we can reach the top, I regretted not taking a cab up! And worse still, it was raining... But anyway, we had a nice 'romantic' walk up to Fort Canning... Haha.. The deco of the cafe-restaurant was nice & very "christmasly" decorated. The food wasn't too bad, especially the honey-baked ham that I was drooling for. Both of us love the ham but we were to full to eat more of it. The spread of buffet was kinda generous but we din manage to try each & every item and we were super duper full. Weird thing about this buffet is that, they don't serve drinks except ice water, therefore, we ordered red wine! It's nice but I usually get kinda slpy after drinking red wine.. Haha.. We spent like 3 hours in total eating, chatting, taking photos, slacking, listening to 'live' carols being sung and playing "hai dai". Haha.. Very relaxing and fun! We left abt 10pm and headed to hail a cab to VivoCity for our late night movie! But on our way down, I saw a church and we went in for like 15mins as there was a mass going on! This make our day feel a little more like christmas! Hehe.. At least tt's how I feel... So we went Vivo & watch 'The Holiday'. I should tink it's a nice show cuz I only manage to watch the front & ending of the story. Haha.. I was actually dozing off most of the time during the show... Haha.. We ended the day by going to bk to darling's hse to slp.. So tired... *yawnz*
++Christmas++ Woke up kinda late and had to rush bk hm cuz I nd to get my stuff & attend Christmas mass. Went for a small Christmas party tt was organized by the church after the mass. Nt tt fun cuz most of them are aunties, uncles and kids.. But it was nt tt bad oso.. After the 'party', we went hm and slack a little bit more b4 darling gotta go hm. Nt tt exciting for the day, but it was a peaceful christmas!
++New Year's Eve++ It was the day when both me and darling re-united 1 yr ago. It was this day tt we went out after a long long time and sparks flew afterwhich! Hehe.. Therefore, we decided to do same thing as last yr! So we had Pizza @ Pizza Hut and we had the Christmas set. Same as what we choose the yr b4. Haha.. But we din go to a KTV pub but instead went to a fren's hse for a night of mahjong session.. Haha.. We had our little countdown while watching the live telecast of on Ch5 and watch the fireworks for abt 10mins.. My fren's hse has got a gd view of both fireworks @ Vivo & Marina Bay! Hehe.. Sad to say but I'm a loser when it comes to staying overnight, cuz I can nv win the battle between "zhou gong" and keeping awake.. Haha.. We started ard 11pm and ended ard 6.30am. But I was already slping @ abt 5.30am.. Tt was the max I could hold up to. Haha.. I really "pei fu" the rest of them.. We all managed to catch 3 hrs of slp before we headed out for breakfast @ Mac. Afterwhich, we just went home and slp more! Haha.. Too tired for anything else...

I'm kinda addicted to youtube! Cuz they've got lotsa taiwan serials.. So cool!! Dun have to spend money or wait for scv to show week by week!! Haha.. I'm watching a new show called "Silence", starring Vic Zhou, Andy Hui & Park Eun Hye! Nice show cuz it's abt a mute girl & guy falling in love with each other after countless misunderstandings. And slowly, they discovered that they were each other's long-lost childhood "lovers". Haha.. Typical taiwan drama serial storyline but it's just nice to watch.. Haha.. I guess the catch of this show is the collaboration between taiwan, hong kong and korea actors & actress. Quite cool actually!
