I wonder if the shop I wanna go in Bugis Village is open now. I haven had a gd time since I saw the dresses... But I dun wanna tk a risk to go dw & see the shutters still shut... Maybe I should just concentrate nw & go after work.. But it's kinda hard la... I'm worried smone may just buy it!!! Shouldn't have hestitated ytd... Stupid me! Argh, watever! Leave it to fate~~~
Had another expensive dinner @ Waraku de Pasta last evening. But the food & dessert is juz so delicious! But I tink the serving of the pasta was small. I tink I'll go for the "upsize" pasta the nx time round. Haha... We spent about $50+ for 2 pasta, 1 side & 1 dessert. Took some pics of the food we ordered but sm were already eaten cuz I'm too hungry.. ;P Anyway, both darling & I enjoyed the food, but as usual, he can't stop saying he wants to go back again soon...
-------------- 23.08.08 Celebrated darling's birthday in advance. Initially wanted to watch 'Death Racer' but as the rain gets heavier, we decided to just slack @ hm till dinner time... But we ended up slping the afternoon away. Haha! Rainy days always make ppl lazy..... Not to mention we r lazy by nature! Haha... We only left hse ard 6 & took a cab to Odeon towers. But the stupid cab driver say he can't stop us @ the tower & ask us to walk from Carlton Hotel which is just beside it. I tink he is just finding excuses cuz I did saw a small alley beside the tower where he can just let us alight!! But watever, we just alight & walk to the japanese restaurant for our sumptous buffet dinner!
Hanabi is the name of the restaurant. Nice place with super efficient staff & definitely great food! We enjoyed the food very much until we tried to eat sashimi!!! Well, both of us dun take sashimi but we thot we can try the mixed platter... Wrong move! Cuz we were practically swallowing the raw fish slices w lotsa wasabi & soy sauce...... But still, the other cooked food are yummy! I like the chawanmushi & ramen. Too bad we din try too much sushi, only the soft shell crab tamaki. Darling said the rice of the sushi is kinda different from other sushi places, but I can't really make out the difference. Haha.. Nevertheless, it's tasty! We ate for like an hour plus & was so full that we didn't want to move..... But we can't, cuz we had to go to the next place for our chill out session w Weiling & the bf @ Loof.
Loof is also @ Odeon Towers. And I tell u, their glasses of alcohol is cheap! Provided u have a citibank platinum or dividend credit card. It's 30% off! 1 tequilla pop is only $7+ incl gst! Cheapest pop I ever had. The waterfall is not as beautiful as what we had the previous time, but it's cheap too. House wine is a no-no!! I think it's too 'rough'. Another good point about loof is that, it is open air. And so we got to see & hear fireworks!!! But as we are on the 3rd level, we can only see the higher fireworks. Nonetheless, it's a bonus to have cheap drinks w fireworks! Haha... We celebrated darling's birthday by surprising him w a tiramisu cake from Jack's place. I guess he was really shocked. Haha! The cake was so-so but we din have a problem finishing it. All thanks to the games we played. Cuz I dun tink we can finish the red wine & cake w/o playing games.... We ended the day @ ard 12+am with 1 bottle of red wine, 4 tequilla pop, 2 waterfall. Total bill amounted to $113 for 4 person. Conclusion is, we will come bk for more. Yeah!

I wonder how true is the rumor! But I'm so excited!!! I can't wait to see the phone! I wonder if they can have a nicer design, unlike W960I which I dun really like.... But I seriously like the features of the phone, only the design is not really my type. I can't wait to change to a better walkman phone thou I still heart my W810I a lot. Hehe...
Hopefully they'll announce the rumor to be true very soooooooon! Cuz my contract will be up end of the yr! Yay!!

I'm bk from my Redang cum KL trip in July! Yes, it has been a month! I tink I shld blog abt it soon.. Haha! Have been thinking of posting pics & videos of beautiful Redang, but juz couldn't find time to do so.. Cuz u noe, it tks time to post all these stuff... Yes, i'm as usual, lazzzzzzzzzzy....
Anyway, if anyone has seen my friendster profile, u wld have seen the pics. Beautiful rite?? A few of my frens have said tt! Worth a visit if u r a beach goer! But as compared to Perhentian Island, the corals just aint tt magnificient! But fishes wise, they're much bigger and more species! And yes, the marine park is really beautiful... We saw 1 big eel there! Imagine tt! So scary... We manage to catch tt on video, shall post it up here very soon! I din get to see shark @ marine park, but the bf did! Hmph!! I shld hav let him handle the videotaking!! Argh! But lucky me, I saw 1 young shark just off the beach nearby our resort! Yes, caught it on video too! Cool!! There was no turtle tis time round, prob the place our boatman brought us to wasn't tt fantastic. We still tink tt the boatman @ Perhentian was better....
Overall, I think Redang is a "must-visit" place if you like to have a short getaway in one of Msia's islands. Best if there are more frens going together cuz u will see the difference wen u r there! And pls @ least go on a 4d3n tour. Nv 3d2n.... U juz wun get enough of anything!
